Thanks for this great list of resources. I hadn’t really heard of pixelmator before now, think I’ll take a look-see, I’m fed-up with adobe’s hold on the design market – time they had some decent competition!

    Hi!
    Nice collection.
Looks like a great source of learning for many designers.

Look, i just managed to come up with a new tutorial, i don’t think it’s been made before for pixelmator. It’s about a mac-style wallpaper, sort of like those that come with Tiger.
can i dare to ask you to include mine? :)
I don’t really care about me, but i think that the wallpaper is really good, and that it should be advertized … i care mostly about the people who will read it and like it :)
I know that there are many persons out there who wanna make a mac style wallpaper with pixelmator, but don’t really know how. I intend to give a helping hand :D

Oh, the tutorial is here : http://varcoblog.co.cc/design/wallpapers/mac-style-wallpaper/
I hope you won’t blame me for trying :)

Have been using Pixelmator for some time and have watched and used as it becomes more mature. I have used some of the tutorials here, i.e, Bokeh effect and the watercolor effect. Learned a lot and have applied the solutions to other designs. thanks

If you are like many business people, you give your business card to dozens of people if not hundreds each year. I believe that EVERY business card you hand out should tell people what you do, and also that you are willing to give them something for free to prove that you want their friendship as well as their business. Dedicate a small area to your email offer on the front or back of your business cards, yet again a very simple but often overlooked one of my list building techniques.^`-*

    See you real soon
