The problem with these contact forms is they are not responsive design and don’t have security captchas. I have created responsive HTML5 contact forms, all with spam protection.

      Hi Kev,
I wouldn’t consider not have a captcha to be a problem. Personally, I would rather delete some spam emails that come through the form than to force users to deal with a captcha. I know there is a time and place for captcha’s but I would rather avoid them whenever possible.

These forms are really some unique forms, awesome work by the designers. :-)

Some really creative forms, keeps the user engaged while filling them out. I have to agree that using captcha and especially Google’s recaptcha is not worth it. A better way is to segregate users by IP address. Most spam seems to originate from Russia these days. Just add a redirect to a captcha enabled page.

Bookmarked! Every one of these are awesome, but I’d say the one from Needle would be my favorite just based on my personal aesthetic preference. Thanks so much.

Some really great examples here – Contact form on dribble, lionways and needle are my favorites. The detail and creative design work give this important page the attention it needs. With contact forms this engaging and fun to fill out you’ll have no problems getting visitors to submit your form.
