Many of these themes look awesome. I think Olya is my favorite. I also like Unsigned very much. I wonder, though, what happens with fixed size ad blocks in case of responsive themes.

Personally i use skeleton but not for wordpress just the css file sets i beleave that each one should code his own framework at the end you should personalize the shoosen framework so whay not code your own you can use a responsiv css framework like skeleton or 960grid system.
So, you need either an admin panel framework. and many many bearr

I agree with Wp Themes daily. Mordernize is one to choose as it is like a “every occasion” theme. I sometimes get inspiration from these examples and create my own theme using Templatetoaster or other such tools
