Thanks for including a link to my article. Glad you liked it.
And as usual, you’ve just added a fair bit to my reading list. >.
You’re welcome Michael. Thanks for stopping by.
Hey Steven, thanks for the link!
That’s quite a lot of guest posts you had published. How do you find the time to write so much? I struggle trying to post 5 articles a week.
– Mason
Just found your site. The name caught me more than anything. Just wondering if a Mr. George Costanza had anything to do with inspiring the name?
Mason,
I think I find time for writing by staying up late at night. Plus, I always have a notebook that keeps all of my ideas, outlines, etc. At any given time I usually have a few posts typed and ready to go if an opportunity comes up.
Marc,
Yes, that was the inspiration for the name. I’m not very creative when it comes to naming things. Thanks for visiting.
Thanks for the link love Steven! I think I find time to post also by staying up late, but I’ve been trying to snag extra hours while we’ve got a cold.
Thanks for the link, and for guest blogging on my site! I also might try some guest posting on some other blogs for the first time. I’ve never done it before myself.
GnomeyNewt and Tay,
You’re welcome for the links. Thanks for commenting.
Tay,
I highly recommend writing some guest posts. I haven’t had a big jump in subscribers or traffic from any one post in particular, but with several of them it will add up. If nothing else it’s an excellent way to introduce yourself to other bloggers and start networking.
Thanks for the linkage
I’m impressed by all those guest posts… wow. An interesting experiement would be to try posting that same number of guest posts as extra posts on this blog and see if it has a positive or negative impact.
Matt,
Thanks for visiting. You’re welcome for the link. I agree with your idea, I’ve been thinking about that recently. I plan on trying that at some point.
Nice throwback to George Costanza’s Vandelay Industries. I knew I had heard “Vandelay” somewhere but couldn’t place it.
Thanks for the Link Love.
Avg Joe,
You’re welcome for the link. The funny thing about the name Vandelay is that after I chose it I did a Google search and there was a surprising number of businesses using the name. I guess it wasn’t a very original idea.
It might not be 100% original but it’s still very clever.
Thank you for all these tips. Most kind of you to do this.
Thanks for adding the link to my site, Steven! And thanks for writing all these great tips. I’m now a subscriber to your site
pablopabla,
