In addition, you can use Facebook connect, you can include a checkbox in your comment form to opt in, and you can set it up to subscribe users when they register at your WordPress-based site.
Another interesting feature, you can set up a referral system to encourage your subscribers to refer you to their friends, and they can get rewards points based on how many of their referrals subscribe. Then they can use their points to get access to something special that you set up.
You can also set certain content to be hidden unless the visitor uses the form to opt in.
As you can see, there are countless possibilities and WPSubscribe allows you to use some creativity to promote your list in any number of different ways. You’ll have control over where and when visitors will see the opt-in forms, and you’ll have control over the look of the form and the wording used.
