Good thing the drawing is random, as in only a couple of days this post has generated a bevy of interest. Then too, for good reason, as I’ve worked with someone that has used this theme and swears by it.
I have one Real Estate client now, but have them using a customized version of another theme that off and on has proved a tad problematic. In addition, it is not responsive.
Therefore, with this post I too place my name in the drawing’s hat.

I really like the theme, and really like the responsive web design to allow the website to be viewed by a wider audience.
I am a professional web designer for http://www.QuantumNetVisions.com and something that I wonder about with the theme is how it connects to the MLS database. Also, each MLS board has it’s own rules regarding real estate websites, what needs to be visible in what areas, certain words or terms that you cannot use, etc.
Overall, I think the design and layout is nice, and wordpress is a great format for showcasing real estate.
I would love to see a few examples of this theme in action.

The template has a clean and well structured flow guiding the viewers through each page. The Home page focuses on the various properties on-hand that the estate agent wants to introduce. The Property Page lays out the contents of the featured property in structure order that a buyer would be looking for in a property. It also allows the buyer to contact the agent easily on each page. The Call-to-Action box is a fantastic reminder of prompting the page admin to think what are the words or images that will prompt the read to take action immediately. I also love the side column where one can feature other property that the buyer might be interested in or even put in featured blog articles to help with SEO indexing. One of the best real estate WordPress template I have searched so far. It would be brilliant if I can it for free to set up a real estate site for a good friend. Thank you!
