If you’re not familiar with TemplateWire they are a leading marketplace of CSS templates, Flash templates, and logo templates. You can use the templates on an unlimited number of websites for you or your clients.

Wow they are amazingly cheap. Their site does lack the feature of most popular and templates are not so very good but for that price I think its not bad either.
