What to remember from them: - they ask 100% upfront - they provided me with a junior dev who was new with Wordpress - they used a very poor theme framework. He never heard of Twenty Ten! - their theme didn't support languages (localization) - they didn't deliver on time - they don't honor they're 100% satisfaction guarantee - I tried for 2 months to get a partial refund. I never came. I've been using and coding Wordpress myself for the last 5 years. I've never experienced this with any provider. Ever. After the first round they stopped answering email, although they had not finished the theme as per my requirements. It took the owner several days to get back to me every time we communicated. I was not put in touch with the coder directly. I had to request a refund from Paypal (filed a dispute) to receive an explaination of why I didn't receive the files after 3 days.
