Some clients need the ability to focus in on a very specific area, and others are open to suggestion, plus the price range, and house specifics, so the search needs to contain many criteria, but be flexible enough that some fields can be left blank. WP has been growing on me more and more. A friend over at ProPhotoResource.com uses beautiful WP themes most of the time in his site designs for himself and clients. I will be sure to pass these on!
