Premium Theme and Template Options for Real Estate Websites
Published June 18th, 2009 in GalleriesMost people who are looking to buy or sell a home are doing research online. As a result, there is a great need for real estate companies and agents to have a website that will provide potential buyers and sellers with the information that they are looking for.
Having a website that can be easily maintained is ideal since listings will come and go rather frequently. WordPress is pretty popular for real estate sites because some quality premium themes exist and it gives the agent or the company the ability to manage the site on their own.
In this post we’ll feature 19 premium themes and templates that have been created specifically for real estate. While there are some free real estate themes and templates available, the quality is generally much lower than the premium options. Of course, having a custom design will allow for much more flexibility, but these are the options for low price ranges.
If you have any experience working with real estate agent sites and you have any recommendations, please share in the comments.

I think this is a welcome addition to the Realtor toolbox. Home sales being in the dumps and all.
The Agent Theme at Studio Press is my favorite Brian Gardner Theme. I’ve recently tried Gorilla Themes and found them to be excellent also. As usual another well researched and documented post. Cheers -
After looking to this Images i must say those templates are really nice, well i too have one real-estate site which is under construction, i would definitely try to have one customized ones for my blogs, Well i need to bookmark and well contact you once again when my site is ready.
I was recently looking for new properties, and found that the easiest thing was to watch RSS feeds for homes of interest. All realty sites should have RSS feeds!
I’ve seen many beautiful designs for WP, though I generally use Joomla. WP has been growing on me more and more. A friend over at ProPhotoResource.com uses beautiful WP themes most of the time in his site designs for himself and clients. I will be sure to pass these on! He’s currently relocating, his first client happens to be a Realtor! Just fantastic!
hey Premium Theme and templates are really nice
I’ve recently looking tried Gorilla Themes and found them to be excellent also
Nice I like TemplateMonster themes. They are several up there that are very nice and distinguish themselves from the others.
Some of these are brilliant and really highlight the type of property or buyers they are looking for. It is really important for real estate agents to target the right market and even have more than one website depending on the type of property offered.
The other thing that is really important we have found, is the search facility. Some clients need the ability to focus in on a very specific area, and others are open to suggestion, plus the price range, and house specifics, so the search needs to contain many criteria, but be flexible enough that some fields can be left blank. And for the area, it should be able to contain part of a zip or post code, or allow a mileage range i.e. within 50 miles of a specific city etc
I have checked all the templates and they are all truly a master piece. I have selected few in them but I have no Webspace and also no domain hosting. Can you also help me in these matters! Thanks in Advance!
