Showcase of Long Exposure Photography
Published in GalleriesLong exposure photography can create interesting and inspiring effects. With a slow shutter speed more light is absorbed, which is often helpful for night photography. Moving objects and light create some amazing images, as you will see in this showcase of 25 photos taken by various photographers. While it is not easy, long exposure photography can be fun to practice. To see a larger version of any of the photos please click on the image and you will be led to the source.

Amazing…some images are really incredible for the effects.. My preferite are those made at night like the pict by Edy Santosa and Steve Robles. Thanks for Inspiration!
These are great, I’ve always enjoyed long exposure photos. Any inner city photo with a lot of traffic seems to look great in the end.
Great collection, thanks for sharing!
Particularly good shot of the fairground. Its funny how you never tire of looking at long exposure shots – it seems the technique never gets long in the tooth!
