There are a lovely selection of design agency websites around the web and I think the selection here are lovely. It’s nice to see achievable websites being showcased, ones that we can all keep in mind for inspiration. My favourite is the ‘Creative District’ the clean cut design matches the colourful banners perfectly.
Design agency sites are always a great source of inspiration i’ve found. By their very nature design agency sites need to stand out in order for the core message of the site to have any real impact. It’s great to see the range of different approaches design agencies have approached their sites design. Some have gone for a rather clean, corporate feel whilst others have adopted a more informal illustrative approach. There are however certain similarities such as the use of textures within the designs.

I agree that f-i.com is an excellent site. It wasn’t included in this list because I think it’s been around (at least the current design) for a bit longer than many of the sites shown here, and it’s been mentioned in other similar posts. I tried to find some sites that would be new to most readers, and hopefully that was accomplished.

Why use a splash page?
These sites are just pure amazing. Fixel is a beautiful site and deserves to be here.
These are cool. I like the ‘Stellar’ site, simple but effective and a great use of colour.
Some awesome designs here. It’s obviously important for such companies to ‘practice what they preach’ and have decent sites themselves.
I find it interesting, all very creative website very inspiring at the time of our own …

Steph – The Creative District site is older than the Design Royale site. So if anything Design Royale is a copy of The Creative District. Anyway, I don’t see a copy. Inspired maybe. Get your facts straight before making accusations!
