These are very nice sites, I mean you have a way of showing creativity and uniqueness and that is what really makes or breaks a website.
Even though some colors may be abstract it makes the visitor remember you, and in order to succeed the clients or visitor has to remember you and has to believe that you are different than all the other sites they have seen that same day on the same niche.
The first one really stands out from the rest. Cool that you placed it on the 1st spot in the post.
Nice roundup, pretty inspirational. My website (Marcofolio.net) got a redesign lately, with loads of colours too, hope you like it.

man, it really need some graphic genius there. which is something that i lack off. i wish i can create such design.
