To some extent aren’t all website designs a form of art? How do you distinguish artistic websites from regular websites?

Yes, I agree with your point that all websites are a form of art to some extent. But I do feel that some designs are more creative and better examples of true art than others. Maybe it’s just a different interpretation of wording, but by looking at the types of sites that are showcased I think you can see what I was getting at. Personally, I don’t consider myself an artist even though I design websites, but to me these designs show excellent artwork.
