Not every site is going to list the designer. You can check the source HTML code to see if it says anything about the author or designer, but typically it won’t.

This may seem like a dumb question to you and your readers, but I need some help…..

I am starting a small business and am trying to find a web designer to build our site. I love the ‘artistic’ look of many of the sites you have listed on your blog. However, I cannot seem to find the names of the companies/designers responsible for producing them.

Would appreciate any help or insight you have to identifying the artists and their companies so I may contact them to design my site.

Great designs. Some do load slow but the graphics and layout is awesome. You can either have a fast loading plain site or a slower loading fancy site. Having both is usually impossible but you have to give these designers the credit they deserve.
