And many thanks to Philip Sir as well, who has provided us the opportunity to work with him. We don't want to defend our company here as what our company is serving to our customers can be judged only by the number of clients we are regularly serving with good results. We agree that no one is perfect in this world, things can go wrong also. And same experience we had with Philip Sir, We tried a lot to make him satisfied by providing him regular timely changes as per his requirements, even we did number of things without charging him any cost (FREE) just to make him satisfied by all mean. But unfortunately, he was not satisfied as he don't want to be. He always had new things to be done and after getting it done, he found mistakes in that. We don't have any personal issue with him. Everybody has his own way of working and getting the things done. He better knows what he has done and what he is still doing. We our self quit working for him as finally we found that he can never be satisfied with anyone's work. Last but not least, I am surprised to see his comments on this blog and had never expected this from him. PSDtoHTMLExperts has always been willing to make changes for me, and honestly I've had fewer significant changes needed with them than with some other providers that are much higher priced. The initial quality was ok but the second project a desaster. They provided not 100% browser compatible pages and each page had a file size of 3-4MB which would take ages to load. Even after 3 weeks and several deadlines they never updated the files based on feedback which I provided. They promote their 100% Money-Back-Guarantee but they didn't refund me my money. "All their customers are happy so there is no need to refund something.", they say. If you work with them, don't pay upfront. The PayPal Buyer's Protection will not cover virtual goods.
