35 Fresh and Free Photoshop Actions
Published in DesignEvery now and then we like to showcase freebies that can designers can use to save some of their own time. Quality Photoshop actions can be great resources to have in your arsenal because in the right situation they can drastically reduce the amount of time that you have to spend to get the photo effects that you are after.
It’s been almost a year since we published our last collection of free Photoshop actions, so we thought it was time for an update to showcase some fresh, new actions that have been released since that post was published.
In this post you’ll find a variety of different types of actions to create all different types of effects. Hopefully you’ll find a few that can prove to be useful by saving some of your own time.

Absolutely amazing collection. It never fails to excite me to see the really cool art that can be produced from Photoshop. All 35 in the collection are stunning; however, Action 006, Swagger Jagger Action, Just Me and the Sunlight and Shadow Actions are my favorites. Thanks for posting these.
Wonderful selection by effects…So useful..thanks for sharing..I love make photo without effect..but sometimes is possible create differet solutions..
I have photoshop elements. Will these actions work on that software?

I don’t know. I didn’t develop the actions and I don’t use Elements so I can’t really say. You could either download some and try them or contact the creators of the actions that you want to use and ask.
I’m trying to donload these actions but I keep getting error page not found??

The creators of the actions can remove them from deviantART at any time, and some of them have removed their actions. I recommend you check our more recent collection Best Of – Photoshop Actions.
Awe crap.. Thanks Steven, I’m new here. my computer crashed and the back up external is having issues.. I’m not sure what I got into here.. I lost EVERYTHING and was trying to finish up some family session and had a few i needed… well wanted some actions for so I thought I’d try to find a few new ones and creators before shelling out more thousands on packs.. the last few I purchased I wasn’t thoroughly impressed with.
