what exact version of photoshop does this tutorial uses?

they use different versions. You’d have to check the individual tutorials, some specify which version they’re using, and some don’t.

i have been using this software like for 3 to 4 years..
these editing tools are really Cool like used it alot …..
specially when i give some effect on photo by brushes .. removing background giving touches….
