In case you have a website design in PSD format I would recommend to try out a service of automatic PSD to CSS layout conversion – http://psd2htmlconverter.com/en/ . I’m pleased with results I can get with it.

You would have to check the terms of use to see if it prohibits commercial use, but I’m not aware of any of them that restrict it to just personal use.
