Nitish S Murty July 7th, 2010

I’ve used Chopin Script, it looks real good on Brochures. Gondola, Arabella & Tangrine are really good. English is Simple and Classy. I likes :)

@Paulina Exactly my response to this list….

Wonderful list and more importantly beautiful scripts. Although these have all been around awhile, they are free classics in their own right.

If you want more premier and exclusive script fonts or fonts in general, check out the pilo.me typography forum, it is bar none a leading site for typography. i would call it the dribble of typography mixed in with the discussions of typophile. thanks again for the delightful read. i am always impressed by these collective lists no matter how overdone.

I wish that instead of suggesting a bunch of free for personal use, crappy script fonts, you could suggest a number of high-quality and reasonably priced fonts. Breathe Pro is very reasonably priced considering all the alternates and swashes that come with it. Impallari’s Kaushan Script is a great brush lettering style font available for free. Bellucia Pro is reasonable and very stylish.

This list is incredibly lazy.

Steven Snell November 26th, 2012

Sara,
Feel free to publish your own list if you’d like.
